What I liked

I liked the fact my husband was able to be by my side at any reasonable time and he was not asked to leave which i am really pleased as i would of went totally ronund the twist considering i was in a mixed ward with elderly patients who had dementia!!!! i myself im only 34!!!! and dont need reminding of whats to come!!!

What could be improved

Mixed wards should be dismissed straight away!!! i was only ill when i left as i was in for over a week,and had patients trying to jump in and out of my bed i was in there for a rest but only got that when i returned home i was also disgusted how i was moved four times around different wards which made my stay even more uncomfortable!!! every ward i was on had elderly patients with with some sort of dementia it was disgracfull and im most disapointed id had a lumberpuncture procedure which made it even more difficult for me to chase demented patients from my bed and area of space when they asked me to move a final time a day before i was due to go home i clearly said no and asked to go home which i did and couldnt wait!!!! i work with residents with dementia and no all about it and no one day i to may end up like this but im not ready yet thanks very much!!!!!!!!
