"New life and fresh start"

About: Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust / The Woodlands (inpatient unit for substance misuse)

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

On behalf of the Service User

It has been a long journy and this is my fifth detox and last detox. This will be my fourth rehab and last one when I leave Woodlands.

Most of all the staff are willing to help and get things done for you. Especially one to one chat.

The use of the Gym was good but could have had more time.

I enjoyed the groups and the the Woodlands building was great to live in. The bedrooms are clean and its modern.

I felt safe being at the Woodlands.

I hope the staff do not miss my moaning and I will keep in touch from the cheeky chappy

Hi cheeky chappy - we will miss your moaning as its comments like this that help us to improve our service, and we really do take on board what you say - having more access to our Gym for example; we really will do our best to ensure that more opportunities to access this facility are offered.

Its also good to get positive feedback about the staff team, the environment generally as well as the services we offer; its also really important to us to know that you felt safe whilst you were with us!

Thanks again and the very best of luck in your recovery journey at Rehab.
