I was referred by the MS nurses to urology because of a bladder issue which may or may not be MS related.
I saw a nurse at the continence clinic who has referred me (via my GP, who I have not yet had to see) to a urology specialist, but in the meantime suggested I try to self catheter.
The follow up care I have received from the continence nurses through the start of self-cathetering has been great, including two home visits and regular phone checks.
I can't fault them, or the MS nurses who started the ball rolling.
"Follow-up treatment has been great"
