(as the patient),

I have needed the care, support and experience over several years (more so recently) and I have always found each individual to be helpful, pleasant and very informative about not only the condition/care they were immediately attending to but also any problems which could occur.

As an outpatient sat in the waiting area with other similar patients I have heard many good comments about the "team", therefore when I heard on several different visits the one same male (not gent) rudely, loudly and sometimes quite animated, repeat several untrue, rude and downright ignorant comments about the team, I was saddened. This chap is very wrong.

Colleagues are encouraged to work as a team and we are really pleased that you are not only supportive of that team but also the individual clinicians involved in your care, it really means a lot to the Podiatrists.
