What I liked:

My experience was not recent, but over 10 years ago..

My father died in this hospital 10 years ago - he had been in for quite some time before he died. His stay was made very comfortable - the staff were very friendly.

I myself suffer from very severe asthma and they even cared for me whilst I was visiting as I was away from home - I dont live in the Sunderland area.

All in all - they delivered an excellent service both to patient and family!

What could be improved? If things were the same now as they were 10 years ago then great BUT if things have improved then thats fantastic and would greatly benefit all the patients and their families.
