About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as a service user),

I would much rather have had an appointment made directly and reasonably speedily by my GP.

I think this is an entirely unnecessary service. How much is all this costing - including all this feedback and paying people to pursue me for it?

No sign of an appointment, only all thin superfluous administration. I simply need to have an allergy test.

I'm angry and frustrated.

Thank you for providing feedback to the TRAQS team. I am sorry that you appear to be disappointed with the overall service provided to you.

TRAQS has been developed at the request of all GPs in the Telford and Wrekin area to offer a choice of provider at the earliest possible date and you should normally wait no more than 18 weeks from of your referral to the beginning of your treatment. Unfortunately TRAQS has no control over the waiting times at the hospital but I can only say that there must have been a valid reason for the delay you are experiencing.

As all feedback is anonymous I am unable to investigate or comment on your experience. If you would like to contact me on 01952 580441 I will be happy to discuss your comments in more detail with you.

The reason we ask for feedback is important as we take note of allcomments whether positive or negative and where possible aim to make any changes to our service which will improve the service we offer patients.
