"Good breast cancer aftercare at Tameside Hospital"

About: Tameside General Hospital / Breast surgery

(as a staff member),

This story has been posted by Healthwatch Tameside on behalf of a member of the public who asked not to have their name published. They said…

She had a radical mastectomy 23 years ago, with no reconstruction. She now attends Tameside Hospital for check-ups and prosthetics. She is happy with the follow-up service and after-care that she continues to receive.

We want to know more about our services from the point of view of those who received them – what was good, bad, what could be improved, what should be changed.
