(as the patient),

Scheduled for an operation to remove cancer cells from my bladder with a one night stop-over:

The operation proceeded normally and with full professionalism evident in every single sphere from the moment I entered the hospital (A301) The Reception staff on A301 couldn't have been more helpful, the surgery theatre staff were equally as nice and helpful and the after care I received in Rayne Ward lacked for nothing at all.

I was treated with courtesy and dignity throughout my brief stay.

Thank you to everyone concerned (especially young Scott up in Rayne Ward) His friendliness and politeness being a credit to his personality

Easy enough to complain of bad service, even easier to compliment good service

Well done Broomfield - you got it right
