(as the patient),

I would like to say a big thank you to all the maternity team on ward 15/16 and the Delivery suite.

I couldn't of asked for a nicer and more friendly bunch of nurses and midwives to care for me and my daughter before and after having her, I had my daughter via emergency c- section after complications at the birth and I was unwell afterwards due to blood loss but the care staff were brilliant I want to say a massive thank you to them for the care and help they gave to me while at burton I would go back to burton again without any hesitation.

Thank you and keep up the great job that you do under a lot of pressure. xx
