"Exemplary care and compassion"

About: Queen's Hospital (Romford)

Anything else?

Our 92 year old Father was admitted with a bleed on the brain in the early hours of the morning. As far as we can ascertain, assessment and care was immediate and prompt and appropriate action was taken to alleviate this condition. Aftercare on Sahara B ward has been of the highest standard and we cannot thank the staff enough for their professionalism and dedication to duty - a credit to the principles of NHS care. Thank you.

Thank you for your comment. I am pleased that your father’s treatment has been of the highest standard and that swift action was taken. I will pass on your kind comments about the aftercare he received to Sahara B ward. I hope he is making a full recovery. Yours sincerely, Dr Stephen Burgess Medical Director
