What I liked
this has happened once too often,a patient in his eighty's is told he is going to be discharged,so his carers arrange his comforts and shopping to welcome him home, then told at the last minute that this is not happening as you cannot get an ambulance.
What could be improved
tell family precise date and time,and stick to decision no more excuses.
