I visited Barnet hospital today to have bloods taken and want to thank the phlebotomy service for their professional and courteous treatment. My initial encounter was with the team leader, who was extremely helpful and went out of her way to ensure my appointment was timely and convenient. My second encounter was with the phlebotomist. He was patient, extremely helpful and treated me like a human being and not just a number. I have undergone a difficult time of late with health issues and to be treated with such kindness and empathy means a great deal. Thank you to all, you are appreciated !
