What could be improved

I had endoscopy of gullet and stomach last year where small ulcer, gastritis and esophagitis was found.

A few weeks later the procedure was repeated and I am glad to say there had been an improvement.

However at no point was I given any opportunity to ask any questions regarding the findings or possibilities of altering or adding new medications etc.

I felt very let down by this especially as my GP was also vague on the subject.

I know the staff are busy but a few years ago when suffering the same problems I was given opportunities at outpatients follow up to raise any concerns.

Because of this lack of communication I will opt for a different hospital in the future.
