What I liked
everything my son had a 3 week stay in this hospital back in 2004 he was only 18months old and had a rare condition the staff were great on the ward after being in and out of universitiy hospital of north durham most days for 2 weeks telling me that there was nothing wrong with him to gettin here and being diagnoised within 20min it was such a scary experience seein my son that way and the nurse were a great help to both me and my son
What could be improved
i dont remember seeing anything i wanted to see improved when i was there
