I was referred to ENT clinic to assess suitability for hearing aid. I was seen by the audiology technician fairly close to the appointment time who advised to see consultant for removal of wax. The surgeon removed the wax and send me back for the hearing test. Soon after the hearing test I was again seen by the surgeon who discuss the results and recommended hearing aid. The all above process was completed within 45 minutes which was very impressive. Now I am waiting for further appointment in due course.
