"coronary care ward"

About: Royal Alexandra Hospital / Trauma & orthopaedics (wards 21-23)

(as the patient),

I had a chest pain and thought I would get someone to sound me out to allay any fears that it may be something serious.

I was seen within 5 min of arrival and soon after that I was on my way to x ray then the CCU unit on level six.

Michelle and here colleagues looked after me like royalty and fortunately there was nothing serious and I was discharged the next morning.

Throughout the night I was constantly checked and made at ease.

What a fantastic team and a superb advert for the NHS

This was my first time in hospital and I cannot thank the staff enough.

You were all fantastic
