What could be improved

It appears that I am unable to make any appointment in school holiday time. I am not prepared to take time off during term time when I am working.

Even when I manage to make an appointment the clinics are cancelled last minute leaving me high and dry. The staff appear incompetent and miserable and try to make you feel guilty for having a medical problem.
