Having been under tests over the last 15 years, the end of the tests came 7 years ago. the consultant called in lots of patients to one rapid session. In one morning he removed in excess of 30 patients from the hospital waiting list by signing them off as untreatable. Who was the happiest? Certainly not the patients.
