I have recently moved from Surrey to Normans Bay. Every appointment I have had has been a very positive experience. Staff have been kind, courteous, happy and polite. On only one occasion have I been kept waiting and this was told to me before the time of the appointment . On all other occasions I have been seen on time or early. The hospital is clean and welcoming. The dreaded car park charges are reasonable and I like the free first 30 minutes. Thank you EDGH!!
