Anything else?
My mom was admitted to new cross on her birthday last week and discharged from c16 yesterday. She had the most wonderful care from the nurses there. They really made a fuss of her as it is not nice to spend your birthday unwell in hospital. Being in her eighties and on dialysis, the nursing staff were kind, observant and caring. They explained everything to me and listened and acted on all my concerns. They were always very respectful and understanding towards me and my mum despite being very busy and nothing was too much trouble. The ward was extremely clean and apart from the buzzer not working on her bed, our experience was a very positive one. The staff attended to other elderly patients on her bay with kindness and concern and especially helped a lady who had no visitors which was wonderful to see. Please thank the staff on c16 especially the nurses and sister and sister in charge, who were brilliant and super helpful.
