"re-assuring and friendly to a very frightened lady"

About: Queen's Hospital / Older people's healthcare

(as a friend),

My elderly friend went in by ambulance a couple of days ago and was moved very quickly from the receiving unit into Majors. Following tests she was transferred to the Elders Receiving Unit, MAU and that evening moved to Sky A.

Following diagnosis and treatment she was discharged the following day.

Throughout the whole of her stay ALL staff were helpful, re-assuring and friendly to a very frightened lady - especially the male nurse in the ERU.
