I would like to say BIG THANK YOU to all staff on both Delivery Suite and Folkstone Ward. All midwives and doctors were very nice and helpful.

Special thank you to Dot and student midwife Louise who help me to deliver my son Oliver.

All staff was very supportive and caring. They kept my spirits high and monitored baby well. After labour induction at 12. 00 noon it all went well and after 9 Oliver popped out: ) on 28/09/13.

After care was also very supportive and understanding.

I was impressed with services and the fact that baby had his hearing test done in hospital too.

What could have been better - we were ready to leave Folkstone ward at 12. 00 noon next day but the discharge paper work was taking slightly too long other than that everything was excellent.

Thank you so much for taking the time to feedback to us. I am really glad your were happy with your experience especially at such a joyful time. We are really proud of our midwives who really try their best to care and support through labour which can be a stressful time for families. I will let staff see your feedback, which I am sure they will appreciate.
