Martin, the physiotherapist allocated to me, had an extremely friendly and helpful attitude throughout my appointment.
He introduced himself in a friendly manner and continued the appointment in a professional way, but maintained his friendly attitude.
All this made me feel he was happy to be treating me plus the relief from back pain experience by me for a day or two means I look forward to my next appointment.
