What I liked

As soon as I walked through the main entrance at North Tyneside Hospital I could see how clean it was. This made me feel very relaxed. all the staff were friendly and warming.

The professionalism was outstanding from the surgeon, the theatre staff and the ward staff. You should be proud of your hospital and your staff.

Thank you for your very positive comments regarding the service you received at North Tyneside General Hospital. The staff are proud of their wards and departments and work hard to achieve high levels of patient care every day. It was very kind of you to write and compliment the staff on their care and we have forwarded you comments to the medical and nursing staff involved. Also the domestic team as they are often forgotten to be mentioned.
