(as the patient),

I have one leg shorter than the other and have inserts in my shoe to correct this.

Last time I had an insert made my foot kept sliding over making it difficult to walk but this morning when I went James made me a new insert and sorted it out. I could feel the difference straight away – it took the strain off my other leg.
