"I only needed to wait about 10-15 minutes for the insoles"

About: Dewsbury Health Centre / Podiatry

(as the patient),

I was seen (early) by Charlotte and James at the podiatry clinic – Charlotte saw to my feet and James, the technician, made up insoles for me. I only needed to wait about 10-15 minutes for the insoles. I had expected to wait half an hour, even this would have been fine – better than having to go back on another day.

Really satisfied all round with the service – they were very polite and in control of the information.
