What I liked

My father was admitted to North Tyneside Hospital and I was very worried. I should not have been so. On arrival at the hospital the staff were so pleasant and informative, the professionalism was manifestly obvious.

The doctor arrived and gave me a comprehensive overview, which was brilliant, given my stress levels. I stayed for some time before leaving, quite reassured. The purpose of this is simply to say thank you.
