ambulance car got there 15mins.late,despite this wasn't seen until 12.30 for 10.30 appointment.Then told at least an hours wait for return ambulance car home.waited an hour then,despite being disabled struggled on 3 buses to get home,was that sick of the place.I attended the eye dept. in Sheldon building,there are no facilities for hot drinks or food,just machines selling fizzy drinks and sweets,not healthy at the best of times and useless if diabetic.All in all a dreadful unit and either I will go to another hospital for next appointment or will not go at all.Good hope is no hope as far as I am concerned.
