I was sent to wrong dept for appointment. Was given wrong preparation medication for procedure. Staff were unsure as to which procedure i needed to be given. Was told to go home after procedure but should have stayed for results. Could hear every word of conversations between staff and other patients in changing rooms where case details were checked. Surgery that I needed later was delayed 6 months. Developed infections so took weeks to recover. Surgery left me worse that i was before. I do not trust this department in MK hospital and will go elsewhere for further treatment.
