I was sent to hospital Friday afternoon by my gp and was sent to B3 which I was seen to after about 20 mins wait ,the staff were very helpful and understanding .I then was seen by the doctor who was very helpful and explained to me what was goin to happen .Iwent home and came back the next day to have alump removed the guys in theatre9 not sure if thats wher eI went lol were very friendly and helpful and made me feel at ease.Iwas then left to rest in B6 whic yet again was treated very good by staff and the lady who brought dinner and the lady with the ts trolley . I have seen Russell Hall Hospital gettin bad reviews all the time and I ve gotta to say I was treated brilliantly ,well done
