"Parking is a nightmare"

Considering how much this hospital chargfes for its services it should be able to extend the car park. The reception staff in both X Ray and Outpatient dpeartments are not as efficient as they used to be. I was staggerred at the charge for the use of a cupboard -sized consulting room - £345 and i was in there exactly 3 minutes - the Consulatant only charged £180. The care from the nursing staff was excellent although I didn't appreciate being woken in the middle of the night for a blood pressure check

I’m sorry you feel you didn’t receive the high standard of service we always aim to deliver. Listening to and acting on feedback is important to us and we have discussed your feedback already with our out-patient and X-ray departments. I understand it can be unpleasant to be woken to have your blood pressure taken in the early hours of the morning. However, it is important that patients receive regular checks after their operation. This helps the health care team to build a complete picture of your condition following surgery and recovery from anaesthetic, so we can ensure your recovery is within normal and safe guidelines.
