I was referred to Physiotherapy in September 2013 and had three one to one appointments over the space of ten working days,with a trainee. My first appointment effectively reduced my pain by at least 90% and subsequently I am now almost off all pain medication. I am now attending the ankle clininc fortnightly and again the staff and the exercises have both helped my mobility and ancouraged me to do more. The NHS is a wonderful service that is brought down by excessive bureacracy and a moaning minority.
