"Had some doubts, but really enjoyed it"

About: Inclusion Matters Sefton

(as a service user),

Really enjoyed working with Abdul although I had some initial doubts about the effectiveness of CBT!

The structure of the course definitely benefited me, I've improved significantly thanks to the techniques Abdul taught me. I still feel I as though I need more general counselling (simply talking about my problems).

All staff I encountered were superb! As were waiting times etc.

Dear 'Mr Six',

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback on Patient Opinion.

I am sure there are many others out there, who like you, have initial doubts about treatment so I am pleased to read that you didn't let these doubts hold you back and that you went on to enjoy and benefit from the sessions. I hope your feedback encourages others to come to our service!

If you find that there are still things you wish to explore in the future then we would be happy to consider a re-referral from your GP, however give yourself at least 4 months before this as it's important to have time to consolidate your learning from your recent treatment and practice the techniques you have learnt.

All the best for the future,

Lizzie
