"Switchboard chaos!"

Anything else?

I’ve been trying to change appointments for my children at Samuel Johnson hospital. Easy? You’d think so! I’m on my 4th call now after being put through to child health, volunteers desk, opthalmology and back again to the volunteers section. I imagine i will receive a follow up letter saying we didn’t make our appointment…Please up the standards with regard to switchboard. Dreadful.
