Anything else?
I called the hospital between 8.30-8.50and did not get a response at all.I was assured the hospital opened at 8.30. Why did nobody answer the phone? Not acceptable!

We are really sorry you did not get a response to your telephone call. You do not mention which department you had problems with. If you could try the main switchboard on 01274-542200 they will be able to assist you further.
