"Fantastic"

About: Pilgrim Hospital

Anything else?

My husband, was admitted 12 days ago to Pilgrim, ward 5a, he was very poorly, and one of the nurses , was fantastic, my daughter and I were so upset, the nurse took over, the next thing, a doctor from ICU, was at his bedside, and he was transferred, that night, the staff on ICU, I can't praise them enough, I really thought we were going to loose him especially as he is 76, and you read about how elderly patients are left, well not so with them, I can't praise them enough, they were special angels, so don't let anybody say anything bad about Pilgrim, we couldn't have had better treatment, if he had been royalty, so to all the staff at Pilgrim, Thank you for everything , a grateful wife, and his family

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a posting here - it was lovely to read - the emotion in your experience was clear to see. I am so pleased that your husband (and you as a family) received such good care - I hope he is now well on the way to a full recovery. Thank you again - I have passed your feedback onto the teams on 5A and ICU and I know they will be pleased to read it too.
