A few days ago I attended the Sunderland Day Case Centre at Medway Maritime Hospital to undergo surgery to repair an Abdominal Hernia.

My experience from start to finish was fantastic. Every member of staff I had contact with from start to finish were amazing, professional, informative and helpful.

I am aware from recent media reports that the Medway Hospital has had its criticisms. I cannot fault my experience in any way and would like to thank my consultant Mr. B. Andrews and everybody involved with my care on the day.
