Dear Service User

Many thanks for taking the time to post a story on Patient Opinion about the experience you had.

We are very pleased to know that you had a positive expreience at Bridgnorth hospital and that you were able to go home 'feeling happy'. I think you have summed it very well in those two simple words which we strive to achieve for all our patients within the NHS. I loved your use of picture to tell your story which proved to be very powerful.

I will share your feedback with the team at Bridgnorth, which I'm sure will make them very happy and act as an excellent motivator too.
