To all the nurses involved in Mum's care. My sisters and brother have asked me to write to you all to say a huge thank you for the care, kindness and professionalism that you showed to our Mum since August.
Your visits were so appreciated and reassuring by us, and I particularly thank you for my accessibility to your mobile phones and giving me the chance to ask questions and maybe pester you at times - sorry if I did.
Everything was worth it as Mum died peacefully in the early hours in October with IHNS.
Thank you so much for organising everything for us. The hospitals haven't a clue how good the community nursing is in Sheffield.
