My wife's knee was replaced on 29th October. We knew about the Horton from previous treatment last year. Our GP says that your Unit is a prime example of what the NHS could and should be and so it proved. Staff are helpful, professional and very caring and this applies from top to bottom with a slight reservation on the attitude of the front-line staff. The Receptionists are efficient but not very friendly. A smile and a greeting would be very nice, usually they ignore you unless you approach with a query. Nevertheless a wonderful facility and long may you keep up such excellent work.
