having attended Day Surgery to have my BA HA fitted by the excellent ENT consultant, i cannot fault this Hospital, the service and care is always to a high standard, i have found it faultless, 100% superb, outpatients departments too, the wonderful Sister on the ENT dept, love her attitude, i have been attending the hospital for 14 years with my ongoing problems, but thanks to the consultant and his team i am hoping to be able to hear much better with my new BA HA hearing aid when it gets switched on in December. am very excited about the outcome, i feel without the consultant's knowledge i would still be struggling with my old style hearing aid, countless ear infections, etc I am proud to use the Hospital! well done everyone
