I attened an appointment at the fracture clinic after fracturing my ankle over in Liverpool. I was in the clinic that was 35mins behind time. I thought i am going to be here all day. My appointment was at 15:05, i was seen 10mins later. The communication between all staff was excellent. Bless the doctor who tried to cut my cast, but couldn't due to my ankle being in pain from any pressure, he was only trying. The doctor then handed over to the nurse who then cut it off without myself being in pain. Brilliant communication between the doctor and the consultant. Everything was explained, nothing was left out.
