"what an amazing team!!"

About: Royal Preston Hospital

Anything else?

I recently had to stay on the ward for four days after stomach pain and ended up being admitted and having a laparoscopy. I cannot praise the staff enough. As soon as I arrived on the ward they made me feel welcome, they kept me informed at all times. They were always there if I needed anything or a shoulder to cry on (thanks to one member of staff, you are a star!!) The care and support the staff give is outstanding.

Thanks for your comments. Hearing about positive experiences really motivates our staff, and helps us identify where we’re getting things right so we can share good practice across all of our services.
