I would like to Thank everyone that looked after my aunt in her last couple of days. It really help us as a family. I would like to say that their was a great lack of communication in the outpatient department dealing with my aunt illness and that we were very disappointed.It was not informative enough for any of us.

Thank you for your comments. I am pleased that the care of your Aunt in her last couple of days was good and that this helped you as a family. However, it was a shame to hear that communication in Outpatients was less than satisfactory. Perhaps at a time when you feel ready you could contact the PALS Department on (01223) 216756 or pals@addenbrookes.nhs.uk so we can learn from the experience. Please also accept our condolences.
