This has got to be the best hospital for a stress-free arrival. Immediately on arriving I was expected and greeted couteously and shown to my appointment. The cardiology nurse was professional, courteous and pleasant, making me feel valued and worthwhile. My impression is this lady enjoyed her job. She left me better informed and reassured. Whilst I am not in a rush to make another hospital appointment any subsequent apprehension is bound to be reduced after this experience. Please pass on my thanks to the receptionist and the cardiology nurse.
