" I cannot fault the staff"

I only went into the oncology department this morning and whilst it is a small story I feel inclined to share as I have read the other recent reports which were not so favorable and I believe it is important to support your local hospital.

I had my bloods taken as routine every month prior my bone strengthening treatment next week. Yes the enviroment was not ultra modern like parts of the hospital but it was clean and looked really professional.

Staff were helpful and professional as always, The HCSW who took my bloods was fantastic and has been taking my bloods for months now and is so efficient.

I can tell when staff are having a bad day because when you have to sit there for hours having treatment you just sit there people watching. It is fasinating watching them and I cannot fault the staff. I would not know where we would be without them.
