The hospital lost my scans, reports and films, despite telling me that they were all present in my file for my appointment - hence a wasted trip and aborted appointment. They seemed unable/unwilling to put themselves out to obtain replacements and I eventually had to get a member of staff from QEH Woolwich who also worked at Blackheath to take them there herself. An complaint email sent to HQ on this subject was not acknowledged until it landed on the desk of the Director at Blackheath itself. Today I had an ultrasound scan booked for 1730hrs and the consultant didn't actually turn up at the hospital until 1805hrs, saying "sorry, I had something else to do". Because Independents Road is owned by the Hospital, there is no street lighting and I fell over someone's bicycle in the dark!
