"The Staff on Ward 3 could do no ..."

About: Blyth Community Hospital

(as a relative),

What I liked

The Staff on Ward 3 could do no more to help my Father (the patient) or myself and my wife (the visitors). They were kind and caring and looked after my Father very well during his last days. We found the approach of all the staff friendly and professional and they were not frightened to keep the family informed.

The NHS should be proud of them, my admiration of their commitment to their jobs is ...... well sky high and I am not able to put it into words!

Thank you for taking the time to give us some feedback, especially at what seems to have been such a difficult time, as we always welcome it. It’s even better to hear when we do things well as we do genuinely try to provide high standard care. I will make sure the staff are made aware of your compliments also. Finally please accept my sincere condolences, I hope our efforts have helped to make this time as bearable as possible for you all.
