I attended for a consultation and found the treatment centre to be very professional, clean and tidy. I would liken it to a private facility rather than an NHS run facility. The staff were friendly welcoming. My appointment was for 6pm and I was seen on time and i was seen by the person i expected to see. The consultant explained everything clearly and asked me throught if i understood and if i was in agreement with what decisions were being made about my treatment. My next appointment was made immedialty at reception and i was asked if the date and time allocatred was suitable for me. I would definalty recommend this facility to friends and family. Hopefully my proceedure will go well but I shall update this site in due course.
