What I liked

I would just like to say how impressed we were with the professionalism and kindness of the staff at the maternity unit at Hexham.

My wife gave birth recently and we were both very pleased with the service provided at Hexham which was friendly and supportive to both parents.

I would like to thank Mark for his kind comments. At Hexham we try to maintain a high standard of care ensuring that the whole family is cared for on an individual basis. I will forward these comments to the staff as I know they will appreciate them.
